Moffett Park

Located in Sunnyvale’s Moffett Park, the property currently houses an under-developed two-building campus with great visibility from the abutting Highway 237. Ellis Partners has fully-entitled a 316,000 SF LEED Platinum Class A office campus featuring a 1-acre private and secure elevated open space and is currently seeking tenants for what will be an iconic building for the region. 

Ellis Partners was an active participant in the development of the Moffett Park Specific Plan and envisioned the Platform while the plan was being formulated. Due to the project’s many community benefits and innovative design, including an iconic view scape from Highway 237, Ellis Partners was granted maximum bonus FAR and a long-term development agreement.
