Constructed in 1998, this two-building, 110,000 SF R&D and office campus located in Sunnyvale’s Peery Park was in the process of being vacated by Microsoft/LinkedIn at the end of its lease term when Ellis Partners acquired the property. The Ellis team immediately embarked on a dramatic renovation of the buildings and site, including a modernized facade, new lobbies, a secured and landscaped courtyard, new roofs, updated elevator systems and cabs, and the ultimate rebranding of the property as Mathilda Park.
