The Ellis team was seeing the early signs of improving fundamentals in the Silicon Valley submarket and identified the Campus at Scott as a high-quality offering in need of minor repositioning and investment in order to capture market momentum as leases burned off at their natural expirations. Ellis acquired the Phase 1, 460,000 SF, three building portion of the larger 1.7M square foot, 28-acre Campus at Scott and immediately embarked on a plan for extensive improvements to the outdoor amenities and light modernization of the building lobbies to serve the needs of current and future tenants at the property.
