As development manager for one of the world’s leading technology companies, the Ellis team brought their deep bench of experience with planning, design, entitlements, and construction to shepherd through a new Specific Plan, finalize a long-term development agreement and commence construction on the initial phases of a 20-year master plan. All aspects of the projects have implemented world class design and cutting-edge construction technology across four separate buildings totaling over 725,000 SF of mass timber construction. The buildings target LEED Platinum certification and include all electric HVAC systems, a 400,000 gallon rainwater catchment cistern used for landscape irrigation, and the projects include over 7 acres of public infrastructure and street improvements.
