Originally constructed in 1912 by the Westinghouse Pacific Coast Brake Company, the Property is a beautiful example of an early 20th century manufacturing facility with a masonry façade, extensive glass lines and a spacious interior. The Ellis team renovated the historic shell and upgraded the systems and building interior for modern day biotech lab users.
