Nico Dualan
Financial Analyst

Nico joined Ellis Partners as a Financial Analyst in 2026. He is responsible for corporate accounting, review of project level accounting, cash flow analysis and forecasting, and assists the team with economic analysis of portfolio transactions.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Nico served as the Accounting Manager at American Housing in Washington DC, managing the accounting for residential development projects, multifamily property management, and corporate financial management. Nico also held the position of Accounting Manager at Goldenvoice Bay Area and was a Development Accountant for multifamily affordable housing at Bridge Housing in San Francisco.

Nico holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University.
