Justin DiNapoli

Justin DiNapoli joined Ellis Partners in 2025. He assists with the firm’s acquisition and asset management processes, including underwriting and due diligence of new real estate investments, as well as portfolio reporting.

Prior to Ellis Partners, Justin was an Analyst with JLL Capital Markets in Menlo Park, where he focused on investment advisory for office, flex/R&D, and life science assets throughout Silicon Valley and the Mid-Peninsula.

Justin graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate and remains actively involved with the university’s Real Estate Association.
