Senior Development Manager

Austin Rosso joined Ellis Partners in 2021 and manages development projects throughout the Bay Area, providing expertise on entitlements, design, and construction matters.

Before joining Ellis Partners, Austin was an Estimator at Webcor Builders, where he led preconstruction and estimating efforts for multifamily, commercial, and hospitality projects across the Bay Area. His earlier roles include Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Field Engineer.

Austin holds a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a past winner of the annual NAIOP Golden Shovel Real Estate Challenge.
