Andrew Pomerantz

Andrew joined Ellis Partners in 2013 and has served as a Vice President since 2025. His responsibilities include asset management, leasing, dispositions, and development management across multiple projects in the firm's portfolio. Over his tenure at Ellis Partners, Andrew has been involved in more than one million square feet of commercial space throughout Northern California.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Andrew had over eight years of experience in commercial real estate, including roles with Rawson, Blum & Leon in San Francisco, Sentinel Real Estate Corporation in New York City, and Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco.

Andrew holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and is an active member of NAIOP and the Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association.
