Stephen Zecher
Development Manager

Stephen Zecher joined Ellis Partners in 2021 and works closely with clients, design consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery on development and construction projects throughout the Bay Area.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Stephen held a cross-disciplinary role at Webcor Builders in the Design Management and Estimating groups. Within this role, he managed design teams, as well as led and supported preconstruction and buyout efforts, in both design-build and traditional delivery methods for conventional ground-up, seismic retrofit, and modular prefabrication construction. Earlier in his career, Stephen was a field engineer on tower projects for the Webcor Concrete Group and a designer focused on high-end residential at Cary Bernstein Architect in San Francisco.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
