Kevin Bocci

Kevin Bocci joined the Ellis Partners team in 2021.  His primary responsibilities include leading the acquisitions team in the sourcing and acquisition of new real estate investments. Additionally, Kevin leads portfolio strategy and leasing for our Silicon Valley office/R&D portfolio.

Prior to joining Ellis Partners, Kevin helped lead the Western U.S. real estate expansion on behalf of WeWork, with primary focus on Northern California.  Before WeWork, Kevin worked at a prominent family office where he was primarily responsible for new equity and debt real estate investments as well as monitoring the financial performance of the firm’s various development projects.  Kevin has also held positions with the real estate groups of Evercore and Apple Inc.

Kevin has a Master’s in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University and completed undergrad at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design.  Kevin is a member of ULI and NAIOP, as well as being involved in the Bay Area Real Estate Roundtable.
